Head of Corporate Affairs
Dianne is a director of the Desnoes and Geddes Foundation, adjunct Lecturer at the Mona School of Business, member of the National Chorale of Jamaica and Choir Director at Hope Fellowship. Dianne has special interests in Social Interventions, Youth Empowerment and Development utilizing creative arts as a development tool (creative writing, speech and music). She is also host of Urban Paradise; a 90-minute music programme aired Sundays on Nationwide 90fm.
JUDON BOWDEN
Head of Human Resources
In his role, Judon shapes and leads the design and development of people focused programmes and practices that unlock the full potential of our people and organisation. He also has overall responsibility for Safety, Security and Facilities management. Judon is happily married and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys connecting with nature, travelling, and meeting up with family.
SEAN WALLACE
Head of the Commerce department
He is a seasoned commercial professional with more than two decades of experience across the Caribbean and Central America. He joined Red Stripe after a 15 year career with Nestlé, during which he held various positions in marketing and sales in Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and the twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Before joining Nestlé, Sean had a successful stint in the pharmaceutical industry with various companies including Schering-Plough and Novartis: starting as a medical delegate in the sales team and ending as a group product manager in the marketing team.
NELE VANBENEDEN
Head of Supply
Originally from Belgium, she holds a Ph.D. degree in Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven. Nele joined HEINEKEN company in 2010 at the Head office in The Netherlands. Since 2014, Nele has worked in increasingly senior roles in Manufacturing and Supply for several HEINEKEN Operating Companies.
